Satit Prasarnmit International Programme requires part time native English speaking English, Mathematics and Science teachers for British curriculum years 8 and 10 new student induction course 7th May to 5th July.
Satit Prasarnmit International Programme, a Cambridge International Examinations Centre, requires part time teachers between 7th May and 5th July for an induction course for our new students entering British curriculum years 8 and 10 in the following subjects:
It is possible that teachers selected for this induction course will be offered a full time position for the 2013/14 academic year starting in August.
The remuneration rate is 800 baht per 45 minute lesson taught.
The International Programme started in June 2010 as a new education development within the long established and highly respected co-educational Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit Demonstration School, situated on Soi 23 Sukhumvit, Bangkok. The School follows the British curriculum with students preparing for the IGCSE and A level examinations. The programme is conducted in new custom-built premises, consisting of state of the art classrooms, science laboratories, library and performing arts rooms and theatres.

Teachers should meet following requirements:
• Must be a native or fluentEnglish speaker.
• Must hold a teaching licence from their country (an English language teaching certificate e.g. CELTA is not considered as a teaching licence).
• Must hold at least a bachelor degree.
• Must have at least 2 years experience teaching in their subject specialism.
• Must be in sympathy with the school philosophy, willing to be role models to the students and be committed to providing the best education possible.

Previous teaching experience in Thailand will be an advantage, and candidates with the right to remain in Thailand would be viewed favourably.
Satit Prasarnmit International Programme will also be appointing additional new full-time teachers for the 2013/14 academic year and we would welcome applications at this stage. Please state clearly which subjects and at which level you are able to teach.
